The Shelter is Shanghai’s new alternative music venue. Opening on the 30th November, The Shelter (formally Blue Ice) will host the best of Shanghai’s independant promoters and alternative music, with a full line up of various different events and styles of music ranging from Soul, Trip-hop, Reggae and Underground Hip-hop to Techno, Drum and Bass, Dub-step, Minimal and Electro.
